Re: Request for executive meeting to discuss settlement offer made on
behalf of Patricia Nakamoto, Glen Shikuma, and Shyla Ayau relating
to claims and grievances filed against the County
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
respectfully request the Council agendize an executive session in the above matter for
the purpose of attorney-client confidential discussion on questions and issues pertaining
to the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities.
