Kanehoa Subdivision, a 26-lot subdivision, is located immediately to the east and zoned A-Sa;
Kamuela Plantations, a 10-lot subdivision, is located further to the east and also zoned A-Sa; and
Waimea Landmark Estates, a 26-lot subdivision, is located across Kawaihae Road further to the

a 5.0 acre pazcel in the Kanehoa Subdivision. Similaz land use changes were also approved in
October 1996 for two 5-acre parcels within the Kamuela Plantations Subdivision.
