Subject: Real Property Tax Public Hearing
Pursuant to Section 19-90 of the Hawai`i County Code, I hereby request that the above be added
to the April 17, 2012, Council agenda. The council must have a public hearing and advertise its
intention to increase or decrease the real property rates or set a range of real property tax rates.
The real property tax rates must be adopted before June 20th.
Its purpose is to request a public hearing and set a range of real property tax rates as follows:
