SUBJECT: Transmittal of a Resolution authorizing -yor
to execute and submit the 2012 Action Plan to HUD
recommended for approval by the HCHA on April 3,
2012 .
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD)
submitted a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and
submit the 2012 Action Plan to HUD for approval to the
Hawaii County Housing Agency and received approval on
April 3, 2012 . The votes for the Resolution are as
follows :
AYES: D. Ikeda, B. Ford, P. Hoffmann, B. Smart,
D. Yagong, A. Pilago, D. Onishi- 7
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: F. Blas, J. Yoshimoto - 2
Accordingly, I am requesting that the Resolution be
included on the Council agenda for action at it' s April 17,
2012 meeting.
