RE: Resolution Re: Grant of Easement--Akebono Town Center LLC
to County of Hawaii, Pahoa Town; TMK: (3) 1-5-002:026
Dear Chairman Yagong and Council Members:
Transmitted herewith for the Council's approval is a resolution granting an
easement to the County of Hawaii to install a street light on utility pole #2 adjacent to
Luquin's Mexican Restaurant in Pahoa town to illuminate the crosswalk.
Also attached are nine copies of the location map.
