Re: Zoning Code Amendment
Variances for Consolidation & Resubdivision Action
The Planning Commission, after a duly held public hearing on
December 19, 1974, voted to recommend for your approval of the
above proposed legislative bill because it complements the
recently adopted Ordinance No. 66 (amendment to the Subdivision
Code) and inasmuch as it is parallel to that ordinance.
