The Planning Commission after a duly held public hearing on
August 22, 1974 voted to recommend for your approval the at-
tached proposed legislative bill based on the following con-
siderations:
It has been determined that lots created for purposes of public
utility and/or public rights-of-way are done in the best interest
of the general public. Furthermore, this amendment would comple-
ment the proposed bill to amend portions of Chapter 9 (Subdivision
Code).
