Kenoi, dated March 1, 2012, transmitting the proposed Operating Budget for the County of Hawai‘i for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013. This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and appropriations of $365,293,348 and is $37,911,650, or 9.4 percent less than the budget in effect in December 2008. Kenoi, dated March 1, 2012, transmitting the proposed Capital Improvements Project Budget for FY 2012-2013, and the Capital Improvements Program for the next six years from FY 2012-13 to 2017-18, consisting of 63 projects requiring a total appropriation of $171,917,000. Approximately $98,536,000 are intended to be funded in whole or part by bonds, $36,951,000 to be funded by State CIP and Revolving Fund Loans, $36,380,000 to be funded from Federal Grants Receivable, and $50,000 to be funded by fair share contributions.
