CALL TO ORDER STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON ITEM(S)ON THE AGENDA REFERRAL(S) Comm. 674: AMENDS CHAPTER 20 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION,AS (Bill 233) AMENDED), BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE RELATING TO DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL COLLECTED AT TRANSFER STATIONS Amends Chapter 20 by adding a new article regarding the disposal of materials collected by the County at transfer stations. States that all materials collected at certain County transfer station shall be transported to either the South Hilo Sanitary Landfill or the Pu'uanahulu Sanitary Landfill for disposal.
