SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT:
SECTION 24-275 - BUS STOP LOCATION — PAKALANA STREET
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10 (Schedules), Division 3
(Bus Stops and Public Road Taxi Stands), Section 24-275, Schedule 23 (Bus stop
locations), subsection (a) Hamakua be amended by adding new item:
( ) PAKALANA STREET, WEST SIDE, FROM A POINT NINETY FIVE FEET
NORTH OF KUKUI STREET TO KUKUI STREET, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
12:00 P.M. AND 3:00 P.M. ON SCHOOL DAYS ONLY.
This amendment was generated to update the Hawaii County Code to match existing
conditions. This bus stop services the Honokaa Elementary School and the Honokaa
Intermediate and High School.
A location map is attached for your reference.
