Hawai`i County Charter (2010 Edition), to Specify that either the Mayor
or the County Council May Initiate Amendments to the Adopted
Operating Budget of the County During the Fiscal Year
Attached for your consideration is a bill for an ordinance to initiate an amendment to the
Hawai`i County Charter relating to amendment of the adopted operating budget of the
County during the fiscal year.
Please place on the appropriate agenda for the next Committee meetings scheduled for
May 16, 2012.
