SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 11, DIVISION 2, SECTION
24-310 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED),
RELATING TO TRUCK ROUTES ON PRIVATE STREETS.
Please find attached an ordinance creating truck routes on private streets in Hawaiian Ocean View
Estates. Also attached is a map of the HOVE roads with the truck route highlighted in blue.
Please place this item on the appropriate Council Committee agenda for May 16, 2012.
