Re: Operating Budget
The County of Hawaii has been awarded an additional $1,782,213 in the form of a
Federal Transit Administration Section 5309 grant through the State of Hawaii
Department of Transportation. Funds will be used for transit capital expenditures in
Hawaii County.
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by increasing the
appropriation of the Section 5309 Capital Grant 05-06 account by $1,782,213.
