RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAII/Javitch, Block, Rathbone et.al
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(2), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a claim submitted by Javitch, Block, and Rathbone on behalf of State
Farm Insurance and Bruce McDonald.
We ask that this case be put on the council's agenda at its earliest convenience.
