Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 245-12, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 245-12, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel William V. Brilhante via
Communication 673, dated April 12, 2012, accepts the grant of an easement from the Akebono
Town Center, LLC located in Pahoa Town (TMK: (3)1-5-002:02), to the County of Hawai`i, for
the purpose of installing a street light on utility pole#2 adjacent to Luquin's Mexican Restaurant
to illuminate the raised crosswalk.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 245-12, and recommends its adoption.
