COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO BUS STOPS AND
PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS.
131; IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. This measure was generated due to a request by the Hawaii Police
Department to increase the number of taxi stalls along Ka`ahumanu Place. The existing conditions
!r;dicate that there is a need for the additional stalls in the subject area.
Sf,CfION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275.1, Schedule 2:x.1. Public r;,ad
taxi stand locations, subsection (f), Kona, Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, a:, arnctided!. is
amended to read as follows:

and to this end. the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
