AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to address the Hawaii Police Department's concerns in this area and their desire to convert this part of Ka`ahumanu Place to a non stopping. standing or parking zone instead.
