JENNA LONG, FUEL SALES MANAGER, PACIFIC BIODIESEL REGARDING THE NEW BIG ISLAND BIODIESEL PLANT From Council Member Brittany Smart, dated April 26, 2012, stating that a presentation will be made by Ms. Long regarding the new Big Island Biodiesel plant that is scheduled to open on July 2, 2012 in Shipman Park. Comm. 710: AMENDS CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 36, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS (Bill 256) AMENDED), BY RENAMING AND REDEFINING THE GEOTHERMAL RELOCATION AND COMMUNITY BENEFITS PROGRAM TO THE GEOTHERMAL RELOCATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY PROGRAM Renames the Geothermal Relocation and Community Benefits Program to the Geothermal Relocation and Public Safety Program, and proposes substantial revisions throughout this measure.
