RE: Comm. 682 CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/ State Farm for Jarvis Wong
Dear Chairman Yagong:
On April 17, 2012 our office transmitted a request to you for the purpose of an attorney-
client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the Hawai'i County
Council on a claim filed by State Farm Insurance on behalf of Jarvis Wong..
It was determined that our office did not cite the correct section and we are therefore
submitting the following to correct our error.
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a) (4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a claim submitted by State Farm Insurance on behalf of Jarvis Wong.
