RE: Comm.709 CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/Javitch, Block, Rathbone et al
Dear Chairman Yagong:
On April 19, 2012 our office transmitted a request to you for the purpose of an attorney-
client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the Hawai'i County
Council on a claim filed by Javitch, Block, Rathbone et al.
It was determined that our office did not cite the correct section and we are therefore
submitting the following to correct our error.
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a) (4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a claim submitted by Javitch, Block, Rathbone et al.
