WHEREAS, some of the computer equipment that the Legislative Branch currently uses are either outdated or in need of frequent repairs; and WHEREAS, in order for the Legislative Branch to conduct its business in an efficient and timely manner, new computer equipment must be purchased to replace the outdated and non- working computers; and WHEREAS, purchases are needed for the maintenance of the audio -video system in the Hilo council chambers as well as new equipment for a Ka`u video conferencing location; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: OUT AND FROM: GENERAL $35,000 010.101.5101.02.109 Clerk -Council SVC OCE, Equipment Repair CREDITED TO: 010.101.5101.06.454 Clerk -Council SVC EQUIP, Computer Equipment BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
