Due to a reduction in rent on one of our leases there is a small unused balance to use towards a purchase of a
new computer. With the need to process GIS graphics and other data intensive applications we are requesting
this transfer from miscellaneous contract services to the equipment account so we can complete our purchase of
a new computer.
