Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 197, Draft 3
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 197, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would increase General Fund Expenditures-
Information Technology OCE by $65,000 and decrease Corporation Counsel OCE by $50,000
and Corporation Counsel Spec Counsel & Settl Lit by $15,000.
