Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 197, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would increase General Fund Revenues Fund Bal
From Prey Year by $5,000,000 and increase General Fund Expenditure Post-employment
Benefits, Misc. Charges, GASB by the same amount.
