Re: Request for Executive Session to Discuss Attorney-Client Privileged
Communications and Waiver of the Attorney-Client Privilege
Regarding Bill 249 Relating to Proposed Charter Amendment to
Allow Council Initiated Amendment to the Adopted Operating Budget
During the Fiscal Year
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
respectfully request that the Council agendize an executive session in the above matter
for the purpose of attorney-client confidential discussion on questions and issues
pertaining to the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities.
We kindly ask that this be placed on the next regular Council meeting agenda
(June 6, 2012 in Hilo).
