Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 247-12, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 247-12, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel William V. Brilhante via
Communication No. 683, dated April 6, 2012, accepts a bill of sale for sewer facilities for Pualani
Estates at Kona, (roadlots 132 and 147) district of North Kona, Island, County and State of Hawai`i,
from D.R. Horton—Schuler Homes, LLC.
D. R. Horton—Schuler, LLC is desirous of granting the County of Hawai`i the easements and sewer
facilities found on the premises described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, which are attached to
this resolution. The sewer facilities have been inspected and found to be in acceptable condition, and the
Departments of Public Works and Environmental Management have no objections to the acceptance of
this sewer system.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution 247-12, and recommends its adoption.
