I am requesting time for a 20 minute presentation from Mr. Tony Sylvester at the June 6, 2012 meeting of the
Hawai`i County Council. Mr. Sylvester will be speaking on aerial shooting of animals and the need to protect
subsistence, cultural, and traditional gathering rights through forming a game management advisory commission.
