SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 40, SECTION 2 -207 OF
THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE
SCOPE AND DUTIES OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT COMMISSION.
Please find attached proposed amendments to Section 2 -207 relating to the Environmental
Management Commission, relating to scope and duties.
