TO THE STATES FOR RATIFICATION A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO
REVERSE CITIZENS UNITED v. FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION
Attached please find a resolution which urges the United States Congress to pass and send to the States
for ratification a constitutional amendment to reverse CITIZENS UNITED v. FEDERAL ELECTION
COMMISSION.
Please place this item on the appropriate Council Committee agenda for the June 18, 2012.
