Thevenin, Manager of Hamakua Mill Company, dated November 22, 1971, expressing disappointment in learning that the wooden bridge would not be replaced promptly. Encourages the Council to change its mind and to replace the six-ton wooden structure with a pre -stressed bridge of sufficient strength to take the traffic loads: Request the Chief Engineer to consider T,`,r. Thevenin's request in the 1971-72 CIP budget. No. 1724: COST ESTIMATE TO PAVE, AINALAKO ROAD FROM AINAOLA DRIVE TO LEIMAMO STREET (Rec . 2/'PWC-67) _ From Chief Engineer dated November , 1971, informing that their cost estimate to pave Ainalako Road from Ainaola Drive to Leimamo Street is $25,000: Approve of the project and refer to the Finance Director for funding.
