SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 253-12, Draft 2: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE
OFFICE OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR TO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL
REPORT SUMMARIZING THE ACTUAL PERFORMANCE LEVELS OF
NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT RECEIVED GRANT FUNDS FROM THE
COUNTY
Please find attached Resolution No. 253-12, Draft 2. Resolution No. 253-12 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 715.1, as duly approved by the Committee on Governmental
Relations on June 18, 2012.
In addition, the Committee on Governmental Relations approved a verbal amendment to the sixth
WHEREAS clause to remove the word "allow" as appearing in between the words "also" and
"provide."
Please refer Resolution No. 253-12, Draft 2, to the July 3, 2012 Council agenda for first reading.
