RE: Request for Agendizing Presentation by Hilo Medical Center on April 3, 2012 '°
Aloha.
I request that the presentation by the Hilo Medical Center, postponed from the April 3, 2012 meeting of
the Committee on Human Services, Social Services & Public Safety, be placed on the agenda for the
HSSSPS committee meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, July 2, 2012.
Howard Ainsley, Executive Director of the Hilo Medical Center would like to make a presentation
before the Committee, to provide information and an update on the status of HMC.
I respectfully request that if at all possible, the HSSSPS meeting be the first meeting of the day, to allow
Mr. Ainsley and the other presenters to return to their duties at the Medical Center.
I estimate that we will need approximately 45 minutes for this presentation, allowing time for questions
and comments from the Committee members.
