Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a monetary donation of$75 from Puna Hongwanji,
Buddhist Women's Association, P. O. Box 100, Kea'au, Hawaii 96749. A thank you
note accompanying this donation indicates appreciation to Alan Parker, County
Executive on Aging, for spending the afternoon explaining about help available from the
Office of Aging at their Buddhist Education Seminar held on June 9, 2012. This money
will be used by the Office of Aging to subsidize the cost of general office operations.

Acceptance of$75.00 donation from Puna Hongwanji, Buddhist Women's Association, P. O. Box 100,
Keaau, HI 96749, to the Hawaii County Office of Aging. Also, to generate a letter of appreciation for this
donation.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Thank you note indicates appreciation to Alan Parker for spending the afternoon explaining about all the help
available from the Office of Aging at their Buddhist Education Seminar that was held on June 9, 2012. The
donation will be used to subsidize the cost of general office operations.
