MARK OW AS THE DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated June 13, 2012, requesting the confirmation of the above appointment, pursuant to the Charter of the County of Hawai‘i. Mr. Ow’s appointment was effective on June 4, 2012. RECOMMENDS CONFIRMATION OF THE ABOVE APPOINTMENT: Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ikeda, Onishi, Pilago, Smart, Yagong, Yoshimoto, and Chair Ford – 8. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Member Hoffmann - 1.
