SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 264-12, Draft 2; A Resolution Authorizing the Chair
of the County Council to take all necessary action to enroll the County into the
National Association of Counties Prescription Discount Card Marketing Fee
Reimbursement Program.
Attached please find Resolution No. 264-12, Draft 2, which incorporates those amendments
contained in Communication No. 736.2 that were duly approved at the July 3, 2012 Council
meeting.
