Re: Amending the Fuel Tax Increment 3 Bill
On June 28, 2012, Bill 279 was transmitted to the County Council to appropriate the
third increment of the fuel tax revenues established by Resolution No. 504-08.
Inadvertently, the bill included a document referenced as Exhibit B, which shows the
distribution method of the local road projects. This document should have instead
been included as part of communication 774 and not part of Bill 279. We ask for the
removal of Exhibit B from Bill 279. Since Bill 279 makes no reference to Exhibit B,
removing it does not affect the contents of the bill.
