Dear Chairman Yagong and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Adam Broderson of Council District 8 to the Kailua Village
Design Commission. Mr. Broderson is a 34-year resident of Hawai'i. He is the owner of
A. Broderson Landscape Company, and has been involved in landscaping in Kona
since the age of four when he started going to job sites with his father, the owner of a
landscaping company.
Mr. Broderson states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will
replace Riley Saito and will serve the remainder of the succeeding three-year term
which will end on December 31, 2014.
