Re: Requesting to withdraw Communication 762 d Resolution 271-12.
I would like to withdraw Communication 762 and Resolution 271-12 which appoints a new
Hawai`i County Council Representative and Alternate to the HSAC Executive Committee, and a
new nominee for Director to the Western Interstate Region Board of Directors.
I have been asked by the HSAC Executive Committee members to continue to serve as the
Hawai`i County Representative and as a Western Interstate Region Board of Director up to the
end of my 2012 council term. In respect to their request I have agreed and committed to
continue to serve HSAC.
