Dear County Council,

I would have not bought my home if I knew the apartments were going to be built.
I am now worried about traffic and noise. I bought my home because it is a quiet
neighborhood. I am worried about the drinking and drunk driving. My house will now be
worth less and it will be hard to sell because of the apartments.
