In a recent article Geothermal gaining ground with public

Patricia Brandt is quoted . "We surveyed everyone and listened to the questions they had. The
response was 98 percent positive. That's a big change from what was happening 20 years
ago."
My question is, who is everyone ? Most of the residents living in and near the proposed
geothermal expansion area have only recently heard about the plans and certainly were not
surveyed let alone even notified. It appears as I though the residents are not being considered
at all in the push to streamline these projects.Are we being kept in the dark knowingly?Is our
quality of live (which is already being adversely impacted by the current 24/7 drilling at
geothermal ventures) of no concern ? There are thousands of us living here ,why do we not
have a voice.
