This is causing dissc and mistrust amongst community members.
Even though, I'm ag ;ns the bill, the reality is how the bill was done. Without respect to
Councilmember Fre:; s as, a certain councilmember rewrote the bill without sharing
information with I District 5 is Fred's district and not that person's district. The
