I am strongly in favor of required labeling of all GMO products.
Europe has had compulsory GMO labeling for decades and major Supermarket Chains advertise
they DO NOT sell GMO products. This reflects the desires of the consumers and is obviously
good business sense. Why should we think any different, there is no need for GMO's.
I want to know where my food is coming from and how it has been produced. I am very
concerned about the information I have heard about the dangers of GMO foods and the lack
of long tern scientific studies proving their safety.
I would much prefer there were no GMO foods here. At the very least, I want to know
what products are GMO so I can avoid eating them.
GMO development is not a sustainable agricultural practise
