Aloha Council Members,
Please pass Bill 17 to reduce litter, protect wildlife and reduce oil consumption.
I have never heard one complaint against Cost Co or Cost U Less for not providing bags of
any kind. Retailers benefit by reduced cost and can reuse boxes.
