As indicated in our December 11, 2008, memorandum, we reviewed the subject deed and
find the description acceptable and recommend that it be accepted by the Council. The
dedication of this portion of roadway is essential to the dedication of Road Lot 9645-B-15,
a portion of tax map key number(3) 1-6-003:005, in order to prevent Road Lot 9645-B-15
from being landlocked and unable to connect to the State Highway (Keaau Bypass).
