MILREAS, his consci+ontious and faithful devotion to
his tasks as a member of the Board of Supervisors oontriburted
iamensely to the enhancement: and well-being of this
community; and
WhEREAS, said 100 hI3A0KA's efforts during his tenure
as a public servant have brought into fruition much of the
public improvements and growth of this county during the
last ten years; and
it is fitting and proper that he be publicly
acclaimed for his rale in the administration of this aunty
during his tenure of public service; and
