This document should have instead been included as part of <br /> Communication 774 and not part of Bill 279. The removal of Exhibit B from Bill 279 does not <br /> affect the contents of the bill, since Bill 279 makes no reference to Exhibit B." <br /> The Committee on Finance moved to remove Exhibit B, which motion was passed.
