Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation,to which was referred Bill No. 274,
reports as follows:
Bill No. 274,transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H.W Lee, via Communication
No. 761, dated June 7, 2012, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275,
Schedule 23 (Bus stop locations), subsection(c), by adding a new item and renumbered as
required: "() Aupuni Street, southwest side, from a point seven hundred seven feet
southeast of Pauahi Street and extending forty four feet in the southeasterly direction."
The amendment updates the Hawai`i County Code to match existing conditions.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Bill No. 274, and recommends its passage on first reading.
