RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1 ( 1967 ) , ADOPTING NEW RULES
OF PROCEDURE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County
of Hawaii that Section 1 of Rule 2, Meetings , of Resolution
No. 1 ( 1967) , is amended to read as follows:
"1. The Board of Supervisors shall hold regular meetings
for the transaction of public business beginning at 10: 00 A. M.
on the first and third Wednesday of each month or on the following
day if such Wednesday be a public holiday, except that the date
of the second regular meeting may be changed by the majority of
the Board. '
