Dear Council Chairman Yagong and Council Members:
Please amend Bill No. 266, Draft 2, by amending section 25- 2 -71(g) to read as follows:
(g) Plan approval shall be required [for the establishment of any] prior to the construction or
installation of any new structure or development, or of any addition to an existing
structure or development which is to be used for major agricultural tourism activity, as
permitted under section 25- [2]4- 15(b).
