RE: Proposed Bill No. 358, Draft 3
Traffic Schedule amendment relating to Kukuau Street
For your consideration, attached is a proposed amendment to: Bill 358. Draft 2.
This amendment will be numbered: Bi11 358. Draft 3.
Description of and reasons for changes:
This bill contains three changes.
1. In sections 1 and 2, "South" is added before Hilo. Reason: to be consistent with
language in existing code. Source: Ordinance no. 96-163, effective 12/24/96.
2. In section 2, references to "item (8)" and "(8)" were changed to "item (10)" and
"(10)" respectively. Reason: to be consistent with language in existing code.
Source: Ordinance no. 96-163, effective 12/24/96.
3. In section 5, bill was amended to clarify that ordinance will take effect on
"approval." Reason: pursuant to request at 12/18/96 meeting that this be
clarified.
